Meghan Picerno stars as Christine in the North American premiere of Love Never Dies, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s sequel to The Phantom of the Opera. The production is set to make its official North American premiere on October 25 in Detroit, Michigan.

Following the premiere, the national tour will make stops in Pennsylvania, California, Ohio, Illinois, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Connecticut, New York, Tennessee, Minneapolis, Texas, Missouri, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Georgia, and Rhode Island.

In this sequel, the year is 1907 – 10 years after the Phantom’s disappearance from the Paris Opera House. He has escaped to a new life in New York, where he lives amongst the screaming joy rides and freak shows of Coney Island. In this new world, he has finally found a place for his music to soar, but he has never stopped yearning for his one true love and musical protégée, Christine Daaé.
